⚠️ Sync Limitation

The data we receive from Fidelity is delayed by up to 24h. This means that even after syncing with SnapTrade, the Holdings data received over the SnapTrade API may be delayed by one day.

Notes

• Orders will only show over our Orders endpoint once they’ve been executed.
• To access NetBenefits account, users must also have a Fidelity retail account at https://www.fidelity.com/. Fidelity is working to expand coverage to support this segment of users.
• If you have an active connection, and open a new account, to add the new account you will need to reconnect and select the account.
