The current minimum wait time for approval on Chase is 2 weeks. This is a Chase limitation and SnapTrade has no ability to expedite this.

In order to enable Chase, please make sure that your app profile is completed in it’s entirely. This is required to begin the enabling process. The start date is determined by the completion of the form.

You can find the form under the settings tab of the developer dashboard:

For logos, if you are using a personal application, please use an appropriate image.

Mobile Developers:

Please ensure that the URL Scheme field is completed as it is necessary for proper mobile redirect on Chase, without it, users may run into issues connecting to your application on their mobile device.

Account Updates

When connecting to Chase, if you want to ensure that new accounts are added without the need of reconnecting, make sure to mention to the user that they should select the “Auto link new accounts” in the connection flow
